Cargo Sales Manager (GSA) – Vietnam
Key Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in GSA sales within the airline industry with extensive knowledge of international air cargo sales and procedures.
2. Strong understanding of cargo industry pricing, rates, and competition, with an excellent network in the market.
Key Capabilities
1. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies with the acumen to strengthen GSA sales within the air freight industry.
2. Experience in forecasting and achieving Gross Profit targets with potential expansion plans for sales teams over 1-3 years.
Responsibilities
1. Visit existing and potential customers regularly to maximize revenues through complete sales and post-sales services.
2. Monitor and act on requests from suppliers and clients promptly, ensuring compliance with company operating systems and procedures.
3. Monitor all aspects of ground processes before and upon arrival (trucking/cargo handling).
4. Implement effective planning and revenue-generating strategies within the assigned territory.
5. Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and operations, to optimize service delivery.
6. Provide market information to the aviation head, including pricing, market developments, and industry insights.
7. Promote GSA products in the local market to maximize capacity on charter flights.
Requirements
1. Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably a specialization degree or certification in Business Aviation.
2. The candidate should be below 45 years of age and must be a resident of Vietnam.
