2. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with carriers and shipping firms, leveraging these connections to negotiate advantageous terms and ensure reliable service.
3. Conduct thorough market analysis to monitor industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and capacity dynamics, utilizing this data to make informed procurement decisions.
