Key Experience

1. Must have a proven track record in sales with an excellent acumen to develop the sales division of MGH Pharma.
2. Must have 3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the markets of Cambodia.

Key Capabilities

1. Demonstrate ability to strategically promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and analyze market trends to make informed business strategies.
2. Must have excellent understanding of pharmaceutical markets of Cambodia, with extensive network of doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals to promote our medicines.

Responsibilities

1. Promote company products (medicines and devices) to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
2. Schedule appointments with healthcare professionals to present and promote company medications.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products (medicines and devices).
4. Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to foster repeat purchases.
5. Follow up on leads generated by the company and further deliver sales pitch/ presentations to potential customers.
6. Research competitor medications and analyze market performance.
7. Stay updated with new developments in the medical field to inform business strategies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. Strong negotiation and Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Candidate must be under the age of 45 years and must be a local resident of Cambodia.
