Key Experience
1. Must have a proven track record in sales with an excellent acumen to develop the sales division of MGH Pharma.
2. Must have 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the markets of Bangladesh.
Key Capabilities
1. Demonstrated ability to effectively promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals with ability of strategic thinking and analytical skills to analyze market trends and inform business strategies.
2. Must have excellent knowledge on the pharmaceutical markets of Bangladesh, with extensive network of doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals to promote our medicines.
Responsibilities
1. Schedule meetings with potential and existing doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
2. Present and promote company products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing their benefits and suitability for specific medical needs.
3. Identify doctors’ needs and recommend appropriate company products to fulfill those needs effectively.
4. Arrange conferences and group events for medical professionals to showcase company products and enhance brand awareness.
5. Prepare comprehensive sales reports, territory analyses, and market insights, submitting them to management regularly.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in all activities.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s/Honors degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related disciplines. A minimum science background up to Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) will be preferred. Science background up to Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills with a focus on consultative sales techniques and collaborative team player with a cross-functional approach
