WE ARE SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND RESULT-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL IN FREIGHT FORWARDING SALES TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT MGH LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED (VIETNAM)

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • THE SALES MANAGER WILL OVERSEE THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES OF THE SALES DIVISION, SELLING INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT SERVICES, AND STRENGTHENING THE BUSINESS OF MGH LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • FULFILLING THE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF ONBOARDING NEW BUSINESS PROSPECTS, WHILE MAINTAINING PROFITS.
  • MANAGING, DEVELOPING, AND OVERSEEING GLOBAL AGENT’S RELATIONSHIPS FOR DEFINED MARKETS STRENGTHENING THE TRADE LANE.
  • ACHIEVING AND IMPROVING SALES TARGETS, AND BUILDING RELATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
  • IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES FROM THE MARKET FOR VALUE ADDITIONS OFFERED BY THE PRODUCT
  • ACTIVE ROLE IN UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMERS’ LOGISTICS PLANS, GAINING CUSTOMER AND SALES ALIGNMENT, AND IMPLEMENTING THE PLANS ALONG WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER TEAM RESULTS.
  • DISCOVER AND IDENTIFY NEW CHANNELS AS DEFINED IN THE ANNUAL STRATEGY, NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS, AND TEST AND BUILD NEW ACCOUNTS AS NEEDED.
  • INTERACT WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IN ARRANGING THEIR SHIPMENTS, EXCEEDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS.
  • UNDERSTAND DEPARTMENT PROCESS FLOW, CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR AREAS OF IMPROVED EFFICIENCY.
  • ENSURE ALL CUSTOMERS' SOPS ARE FOLLOWED AND UPDATED.
  • DRIVE FOR RESULTS AND SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS WITHIN SPECIFIED GEOGRAPHY/CORRIDOR/CUSTOMER CLUSTER ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND ACROSS BORDERS BY BUILDING LONG-TERM UNDERSTANDING WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND CREATING JOINT VALUE WITH KEY STAKEHOLDER.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FREIGHT FORWARDING SALES.
  • EXPERIENCE IN BOTH AIR FREIGHT & SEA FREIGHT BUSINESS IS PREFERABLE.
  • SOMEONE WHO IS LOCAL AND HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE LOCAL FREIGHT FORWARDING BUSINESS.
  • FOCUSED ON BUILDING LOCAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (IMPORT/EXPORT).
  • HAS A NETWORK OF LOCAL IMPORTERS AND INTENSIVE CONNECTION WITH FREIGHT FORWARDERS.
